1. Removing The Hardware

In getting ready to paint your bathroom cabinets, you’re going to want to first remove all of the hardware that is found on the doors and drawers.

When you remove the hardware, you will ideally put it in some sort of storage so that you don’t misplace it but also the hardware that connects the doors to the cabinets.

2. Pick A Color Or Colors

You have to be quite vigilant to thoroughly remove any trace of mold and mildew because if you don’t eliminate it well enough, you will be seeing it later on and that is quite a bad thing.

4. Measure The Surfaces

Make sure that before you go to the store to get your paint and primer, you have carefully measured all of the surfaces that are going to be painted.

Based on these measurements, you’re going to be able to figure out how much paint and primer will actually be necessary so that at the end of the day you neither have run out of them nor have you got so much of them that you finish painting and have buckets just sitting around in a closet.
